Made from 1.2mm thick carbon steel, this 30cm wok heats quickly and evenly, making it ideal for high-heat stir-frying, searing, and deep-frying. The flat bottom design ensures stability on all hob types, including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.

Finished with a comfortable bamboo screw-in handle, complete with the School of Wok logo burnt into the wood, this wok combines functionality with traditional styling.
