At Sauté Cookware, we aim to get your kitchen essentials to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday (You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed).
Delivery Time
- Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
- Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New Zealand.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier networks, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Process

Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, so we can assist you promptly.
- Lost Orders: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier provider.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
