At Saute Cookware, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery
- Item/s must be unused, in original condition or packaging
- All accessories must be included
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
How to Return an Item
- To start a return, email us at hello@saute.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is received, we will provide return instructions.
Fault or Damaged Items
- If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You may choose a replacement, repair, or full refund
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- This will be refunded to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
