Featuring a blend of end grain and long grain timber, the board offers excellent durability and a forgiving surface that’s gentle on your knives. The end grain construction uses small bonded cross-sections of wood for superior strength and a naturally self-healing surface.

Bonded with a waterproof, food-safe PVA adhesive and finished with canola oil and natural beeswax, this board is built to handle moisture while showcasing the rich character of New Zealand Macrocarpa.

Care tip: Maintain the finish by applying a light coat of food-safe oil monthly. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then wipe off any excess.
