Developed in collaboration with Jeremy Pang and the acclaimed School of Wok in Covent Garden, this Wok Star Carbon Steel Wok is designed for home cooks who want to explore authentic Asian cuisine from the very beginning.

Crafted from 1.2mm thick carbon steel for fast, even heat distribution, this 27cm wok is ideal for stir-frying, searing, and deep frying. It features a flat bottom for excellent stability on all hob types, including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction.

The wok is finished with a comfortable bamboo handle, featuring the School of Wok logo burnt into the wood for an added touch of authenticity and character.
